Keystone Ski Resort opened back in 1970 with 75,000 first year visitors. Since then, Keystone has over 1 million visitors and is the only resort in Summit County that offers night skiing. For a true mountain feel, Keystone offers lake skating, sleigh rides and is home to several four and five star restaurants. During the summer, this small town goes big, hosting the Bacon and Bourbon Festival, Wine and Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras featuring the River Run Gumbo Cook-off, Bluegrass and Beer Fest, and much much more. As for the active go getter, Keystone Mountain offers hundreds of miles of single track mountain biking, biking parks, and lift access for downhill mountain biking as well as two beautiful golf courses running along the river.
ABOUT STU VAN ANDERSON
Focus, Knowledge & experience
I have been a Broker for 24 years and a part of the Coldwell Banker team for 5 years. Being a Breckenridge local, I know what it means to work hard, but enjoy the world around you. I support my team in the work they do, but I understand needing to have a personal life and getting to enjoy the many opportunities this town has to offer. I empower the brokers of my office and encourage them to make their own decisions and I am there to offer a guiding hand when they need it. Having been in this business for many years, I have experienced enough to have a grasp on the dos and don’ts of real estate and I enjoy communicating that information with new brokers. This longevity and confidence comes from working with many different clients from many different backgrounds. Their recommendations to others has resulted in referral and repeated business that keeps me productive and successful. As a full-service Breckenridge real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in realty transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. Coldwell Bankers has given me so much through the years and I do my best to give it right back. Learn more about the Stu Crew.
